My name is Carolina Rico

I arrived to Marbella from Argentina in 2003, I simply fell in love with this place and decided to stay.

I worked in the hospitality sector for many years until 2016, when I entered the real estate world. I started in a company made up of great professionals with a portfolio of international clients. This is how I learnt to understand the demands and needs of each person in order to offer a personalized and quality service.

This experience gave me the courage to work independently, carrying out the complete work from the acquisition, promotion, marketing and sale of properties. My role gradually extended to organizing and managing the entire legal process of buying, selling and investing in properties.

Stepping up

I decided to implement my knowledge acquired by entering the world of real estate investment. I now buy properties to renovate, for rent and sale. During this career move I began to apply Home Staging techniques, and saw first-hand the effectiveness of this marketing system.

My passion for the real estate sector, architecture and interior design led me to train as a Home Stager and thus be able to offer the most complete and effective service to my clients.
